Pros

- Barista - Work from home

Cons

Middle managements are especially horrible, have no idea what they are doing, and keep firing (or making them leave) smart people because they are scared of them taking over their positions. Also they are liers. A bilingual employee got fired for sleeping during the work hours, but no one saw the person sleeping, no one. Apparently there was no warning before the person received the "positive feedback letter" neither. This company is perfect fit for you if you are the "yes man" and totally okay with following/respecting those liers. If you are not okay with it, don't apply. There are plenty of reasons why there are job openings all the time.

Pros

They have such a supportive team and their work culture is outstanding. All the employees are intelligent and caring, so the atmosphere is great. Their benefit is also decent, so I'm content with the work and life balance as well.

Cons

Depending on the department you work for, the career growth could be limited.

Pros

Remote work, good training resources, professional and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Salaries way below market. They've been promising to improve on that front for years, but the employee surveys are simply not listened to. There's a lot of possibilities for growth - growth of responsibilities, stress and workload, not of incentives or compensation. Morale is at an all time low due to micromanagement.
