Pros
The perks are just as ridiculous as described, and I've been here for long enough to have the 'new job' smell wear off. I honestly didn't believe it when I started working here. Free barista, and there are only about ~50 employees, so there isn't a fight for drinks. Great health insurance/benefits, a beautiful office. There really is an office dog, and you're really not being kept here beyond regular working hours. The owners really know everybody by name. But quite honestly, none of it is what makes working here special. Our office could be in a basement with just a paid Mountain Dew fountain and things would be great, because what makes working here so special is the happy vibe of working with smart, driven people. And there are so many more! It seems like we're perpetually hiring with zero turnover.
Cons
Unless you've previously worked here (in which case, why are you reading this?), there is a relatively steep learning curve. The upside to it is that you're not punished for being in training. The team and training staff are incredibly supportive throughout. And at the end of the day, you're learning how to make the Internet a safer place!
