Pros

Fully remote, flexibility, supportive coworkers, $100 wfh stipend

Cons

Bloated and out of touch leadership, no merit based raises and no opportunity to grow in your role unless you’re upper management, benefits are basic and employee feedback goes unnoticed.

While it’s not feasible to act on all of the feedback that we receive from employees, we constantly are reviewing our total compensation framework to ensure that we are competitive in the market and trying to make as many positive changes as possible. Our compensation philosophy ensures that we pay based on what the market says we should pay. Choosing to not do merit based pay ensures we are market competitive and that our pay is equitable internally. Our bonus program ensures that if we do well as a company, we all win.

Pros

They have such a supportive team and their work culture is outstanding. All the employees are intelligent and caring, so the atmosphere is great. Their benefit is also decent, so I'm content with the work and life balance as well.

Cons

Depending on the department you work for, the career growth could be limited.

Pros

Remote work, good training resources, professional and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Salaries way below market. They've been promising to improve on that front for years, but the employee surveys are simply not listened to. There's a lot of possibilities for growth - growth of responsibilities, stress and workload, not of incentives or compensation. Morale is at an all time low due to micromanagement.
