Pros

Learned a lot of transferable skills, kind people, great for people right out of school.

Cons

Not someplace to stay, pays on the very low end of the industry as a whole, new growth devaluing employee retention.

Pros

They have such a supportive team and their work culture is outstanding. All the employees are intelligent and caring, so the atmosphere is great. Their benefit is also decent, so I'm content with the work and life balance as well.

Cons

Depending on the department you work for, the career growth could be limited.

Pros

Remote work, good training resources, professional and hardworking colleagues.

Cons

Salaries way below market. They've been promising to improve on that front for years, but the employee surveys are simply not listened to. There's a lot of possibilities for growth - growth of responsibilities, stress and workload, not of incentives or compensation. Morale is at an all time low due to micromanagement.
