Poor CMO and Marketing Strategy - Marketing Department PROS Employee Review

I can only write my review about the Marketing Department. Others may have a better leadership. I worked in the Marketing Department for +4 years and it was OK until January 2017 when the former CMO Resigned. I reported to the CMO. There was an acting-CMO for almost a year and she brought caos to the department. A new CMO was hired in 2018 but things did not really improve. There were too many changes in a short period of time. Many co-workers live in other cities/continents and it is very challenging to coordinate projects and manage processes.
