Training was lackluster, and Quota seemed unattainable

There is no annual salary review and promotions are not very fast.

Expect above 40hrs of work when there is a lot of work. Low pay for amount of work. Highest turnover rate for a position, and unless you're exceptional expect to be promoted in 2 years,

- Unorganized Management - Lack of Product Training - Multiple internal company changes - They make you expense your own travel - Micromanagement Culture at times

The actual job on the projects lacks good leadership and is slow paced. Thus, there is no plenty opportunity to learn and progress fast or to take new roles within the projects. The technology itself is rather old and any knowledge obtained would not be directly transferrable.

A downside for me when i started was the internship program, because it lacked more trainings. It had lots of 1:1 personal explanation with a mentor, but it lacked more trainings. Overall, i can't find many cons to write here.
