Company culture is awesome. Company events Team building events Great opportunity to learn new industries. Plenty of opportunity to make suggestions on best practices as it still feels like a startup some times.
Cons
Unfortunately the culture is not consistent among all teams and managers. I can testify I have seen the Good and the Bad when it comes to managers and teams. There is no way to provide feedback or some type of rating to managers and above, just like they do to people at the bottom of the organization. This keeps teams a bit unhappy and cannot find a way to grow due to the bad manager they have. There are quite constant management changes and organization changes that impacts the performance of people. In some cases, new managers come in almost at year end and they don't know fully the performance of the person, the result is that they end up guessing how they perform or they base their feedback based on other people.
