- On the ground good people who genuinely want to try do the right thing - Reasonable Comp - Handled the difficult situation of Covid well which was very hard given most of the revenue comes from travel
Cons
- Regular churn in C-Suite along with a high frequency of department re-organizations that ultimately demotivate\confuse employees and don’t lead to an improved outcome as a re-org comes again before it’s possible to see results - Very tough in Professional Services often trying to deliver capabilities that don’t exist or work in the Product with no help from other departments - Various leaders across the company appear to have started with lower level individual contributor roles at PROS many years ago, never worked anywhere else, lacking management experience and now find themselves promoted above their abilities
