Pros

Good place to solve real world problems for e-commerce related problem Good place to learn new tech

Cons

The expectations placed on employees in this company are incredibly high. For instance, they demand that you build an entire bug-free payment system in just 3 to 4 sprints, which translates to a mere 2 weeks per sprint. Such stringent deadlines can create immense pressure and make it challenging to deliver quality work. Furthermore, there seems to be a lack of consideration for work-life balance. Even on weekends, the pressure from higher-ups is ever-present, making it difficult to truly relax and recharge. The absence of a proper HR system only adds to the frustration. It's disheartening to see that the company doesn't prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its employees. Promotions are seemingly reserved only for those who are willing to sacrifice their personal lives and work day and night. This approach creates an unhealthy work environment and fails to recognize the potential and efforts of individuals who may have different responsibilities outside of work. Adding insult to injury, it appears that some junior employees or colleagues may receive higher salaries than more experienced staff. This inequity in compensation is demoralizing and undermines the value of experience and expertise. Even though the company offers remote or hybrid work options, it seems they silently push employees to work from the office. This contradictory behavior can leave employees feeling unheard and disregarded. Overall, the work environment described here lacks employee-friendliness, work-life balance, fair compensation practices, and transparent communication. These factors contribute to a sense of dissatisfaction and hinder the potential for professional growth and well-being. Politely Request for how many people joined in year and resigned in year for new joiners and experience and how many layoffs in year/total happened. that will give you good understanding and help you take decision

Pros

Great communication in a start-up environment. Growth opportunities are truly endless, and you are supported in pursuing a position and career that suits you best within the company. Management is always a message away and never afraid to step in and advocate for you and what you need. Truly not another company that does it the way that Quince does.

Cons

Truly, no real cons to think of at this time.

Pros

decent pay, but not enough for what they expect out of you, the queue for interactions was backed up consistently nearly every single day by 500+ interactions. free clothes from store credit they give you, other than that, nothing special.

Cons

micromanaged constantly, i was fired over my CSAT rating being off mark by 0.02 % due to mental health after a family member passed away. they gave me an attendance point for having to leave work an hour and a half early due to the call my grandmother was dead from cardiac arrest. literally one of the most heartless HR teams I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are negligent with your bonus checks, take forever to get back to you, and will fire you the first real opportunity they get so they can continue paying the minimum acceptable entry level wage.
