Pros
If the sole positive aspect is its remote nature, then I'd strongly suggest reconsidering your options.
Cons
From the beginning, I had reservations about the fit during my interview with the VP of CX, but given the tough job market, I accepted the position. Unfortunately, my concerns were validated within the first two weeks, signaling the most crimson of red flags about the company's culture. I strongly advise potential candidates to consider the negative reviews, as they provide an authentic view. Frankly, I'd rather you engage in activities like watching paint dry or a dog chasing its tail or watching a snail slither a mile than to endure the toxic atmosphere rooted in an authoritarian management style here. Those activities would be a better usage of time for you than to work here. If you're thinking of taking this job as a temporary fix, I urge you not to. It's just not worth it. I decided to leave after two months on my terms, a choice echoed by several others who've also since moved on.
