Pros

Loads of opportunities to learn, grow and improve your performance, if you have the drive to do it yourself Benefits are better than to be expected for a still early stage startup Remote makes having a life somewhat easier We’re at the cusp of incredible growth and opportunity, if you’re willing to grind a bit to get there

Cons

This is a start-up, and still a relatively new one at that. If you’re not comfortable with rapid change, moving goals and directives that aren’t crystal clear, this isn’t for you and that’s perfectly ok. Like any start-up in the early stages, everything is a gamble. Fortune favors the bold and i’ve found success by getting familiar with things outside my comfort zone in the hopes that it will pay off in the future. If you need hand holding to improve outside of your current role and lane, this may not be the place; but if you’re a self starter, focused on continuous improvement, and can communicate your ideas/suggestions/concerns with upper level management with data or suggested solutions at the ready, then trust and responsibility will come fast and furious.

Pros

Growth: After the required 90-day probationary period, growth is definitely encouraged. Managers are very supportive and will even set aside time to talk through career goals, development, and future opportunities if that's something you're interested in. Supportive management: During your first 90 days, you'll have weekly one-on-ones with your manager to review your metrics, discuss any areas for improvement, and ask questions. It's a great opportunity to learn and make the most of one of your biggest resources: your manager. Efficient meetings: Weekly team meetings are short, focused, and productive—there really aren't unnecessary meetings, which is a breath of fresh air. They also focus on transparency throughout the company. Even after this time frame, you still have one-on-ones with your manager on a biweekly or monthly basis. Collaborative team culture: From day one, you're part of a team where asking questions is encouraged. Slack channels make it easy to get help, and teammates are always willing to support one another. Your teammates and peers are also important resources. Recognition: There's a company-wide Slack channel where people recognize each other's accomplishments with virtual tacos for great customer service, helping teammates, and other wins. It's a fun way to celebrate successes and build a positive culture.

Cons

You need to be proactive: This isn't an environment where people will always come to you. You have to be comfortable reaching out, asking questions, and connecting with managers or other teams when you need information. Taking initiative is expected and appreciated. High expectations for growth: This is a company that really values people who want to grow. You're expected to continue learning, step outside your comfort zone, and take initiative. If that's something you enjoy, there are plenty of opportunities to develop.

Pros

decent pay, but not enough for what they expect out of you, the queue for interactions was backed up consistently nearly every single day by 500+ interactions. free clothes from store credit they give you, other than that, nothing special.

Cons

micromanaged constantly, i was fired over my CSAT rating being off mark by 0.02 % due to mental health after a family member passed away. they gave me an attendance point for having to leave work an hour and a half early due to the call my grandmother was dead from cardiac arrest. literally one of the most heartless HR teams I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are negligent with your bonus checks, take forever to get back to you, and will fire you the first real opportunity they get so they can continue paying the minimum acceptable entry level wage.
