Pros

- remote - very friendly coworkers - nothing else

Cons

- micromanaging: I’ve worked several remote jobs and this job by far monitors you the most. I have recieved slack messages if I happen to not respond to a conversation within a few minutes. You have to write in slack when you clock in, go to break, go to the restroom, restart your computer, go to lunch, go to a meeting, the list goes on. - they only care about numbers: they monitor CSAT and other KPIs and only care about that. They will go over every negative survey you receive from a customer and blame it on you even if you only followed company policy. They want you to handle multiple conversations with customers at once. It’s overwhelming and ridiculous -start up: I have worked for a start up before and we constantly had changing policies/processes but this job is like no other. During the holiday season, company polices were constantly changing which is understandable but this causes confusion with the customers and between other retention specialists. -customers: during training we were told quince customers are mature and sweet people who just have simple request. I’m not sure if this use to be true but it isn’t now. I would say almost half of the customers are rude, entitled, and impatient. They want you to kiss up to them and management allows it. I have been insulted or disrespected by customers and then management will turn around and offer them discounts and give customers whatever they want so they’re happy. AND if they’re not happy and leave a negative review, once again it is your fault even though you are following company policy. Overall this is a job I recommend to just save up some money until you find something far better. It is not enjoyable

Pros

Great communication in a start-up environment. Growth opportunities are truly endless, and you are supported in pursuing a position and career that suits you best within the company. Management is always a message away and never afraid to step in and advocate for you and what you need. Truly not another company that does it the way that Quince does.

Cons

Truly, no real cons to think of at this time.

Pros

decent pay, but not enough for what they expect out of you, the queue for interactions was backed up consistently nearly every single day by 500+ interactions. free clothes from store credit they give you, other than that, nothing special.

Cons

micromanaged constantly, i was fired over my CSAT rating being off mark by 0.02 % due to mental health after a family member passed away. they gave me an attendance point for having to leave work an hour and a half early due to the call my grandmother was dead from cardiac arrest. literally one of the most heartless HR teams I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are negligent with your bonus checks, take forever to get back to you, and will fire you the first real opportunity they get so they can continue paying the minimum acceptable entry level wage.
