Pros

- Collaborate and learn - Good Food

Cons

Managers are too toxic, they think of employees to be a machine, every work comes as urgent and no appreciation around the company, no comp offs(if promised you will never get), a very little hikes(avg of company didn't even beat inflation). They are putting FAKE 5 start reviews and also forcing employees to put fake reviews and pass on screenshot to monitor. No work All politics. I am not against work I am against politics and no appreciations. CEO never addressed these reviews, I am assuming either he doesn't know or he is just ignoring and concentrating on business and if something happens to business he threaten upper management.

Pros

I've loved my year at Quince — especially the commitment to growth and development. I've been at Quince for a year now, and I can honestly say the company's approach to training and development is exceptional. It's rare to work somewhere that genuinely invests in helping people grow, and I feel incredibly lucky to be in a role where I get to be part of that mission. The culture here is collaborative and supportive. Leadership actively creates opportunities for team members to develop new skills and take on stretch projects. If you're someone who values learning and growth, Quince is the place for you. That said, like any company, individual experiences vary depending on your specific team and role. I've encountered some challenges in my current position that I'm working through. But the foundation and values of the company are solid, and I genuinely believe Quince offers a great environment for growth-minded people. If you're considering joining, especially for roles focused on development and learning, I'd absolutely recommend it.

Cons

One of our philosophies is test and learn and I would love if the test portion of this was a bit longer.

Pros

Quince values the employee experience as much as it values the customer experience. The company provides regularly-occurring impactful raises, offers substantial paid time off, and covers a highly-significant portion of employer-sponsored insurance benefits. The work is easy, the expectations are clearly communicated, and the company consistently invests in technology to aid employees in fulfilling their duties in as efficient and expeditious a manner as possible. During peak volume periods, when the company asks for more of its employees, the company provides more for its employees. The company provides lucrative incentives and unexpected gifts to show employee appreciation and sustain morale, and my experience with Quince has been colored by a forward-thinking approach to reminding employees that staff is the true backbone of the company.

Cons

Quince is a culture-forward environment. While similar remote employers heavily prioritize metric performance, Quince is openly protective of its established culture and will create opportunities based on visibility before employee-generated results. This approach opens doors for employees who are less-deserving on paper to advance within the company, which illustrates a more holistic approach to opportunity assessment; however, it also creates a vacuum where it can feel difficult to be seen if you are less extroverted.
