Pros
Competitive pay, seem to be 'ok' people
Cons
Does not invest in employees, archaic and male-dominated management, unable to get basic supplies to do job, rigid hours. I filed at least on EO complaint while there. Was hired based on my qualifications, but then removed from one contract for 'not having enough skills' though I was proficient in the skills I told them had. This particular division (the client) regularly had female programmers removed. When a new male came on the team he was invited out to lunch and to meetings I was not. I could not get STG to even buy me a whiteboard for the project. When the client asked to have me replaced, a new assignment was not found for me. Also, this was the only contractor in the Aberdeen area that DID NOT pay their employees during the furlough days. This is a company that is populated by men in management positions and men who are promoted. If you have a choice, do not work here.
