Pros
Working with a great bunch of people. I enjoyed my initial team, but got moved onto another team and a role that was not a good fit for me.
Cons
The recent merger with Avnet has caused many changes, some good some bad, like the layoff I was part of. Promoting millennials to management positions without proper people & management skills.
