The small apac part of the company tries to ride on the fortune 100 name and success of their US big brother whereas it’s struggling, salaries are poor and teams are lean with no structure or management. Bunch of boomers who refuse to keep up with the times. Meetings and calls for the sake of “doing something” but no idea how to broaden the outlook of the company. HR is full of Singaporeans who are racist and biased and all internal programs reflect that. No room for self development or growth. It’s a glorified distribution hub who think they are a “tech” company because of their falsely advertised name.

There are not many teams, so there is a lot of workload
