Great training ~ It is like a college education that you get paid for ~ A lot of free food ~ Some coworkers are awesome ~ Many different hours to accommodate your life

Metrics do not give a good indicator of productive work ~ Customers cannot be serviced well if people have to constantly be worried about getting the most emails, quotes, orders. Customer satisfaction suffers. Middle management needs much better training on how to manage. Workplace bullying is worse than any place I have ever worked. Middle management encourages teams to document their teammates and throw them under the bus. The use of instant messaging is mostly gossiping and talking behind the backs of team members, which lowers morale and causes resentment within teams. Culture is very bad.
