The work environment was excellent, with good professionals always available to help anyone with some problem that may appeared
Cons
The contract proposal for me to stay at Tech Data was made in the last day of my internship. The company gave no opportunity to me to learn more things about my job, despite the bosses liking to describe it as a "good school". They did not provide the chance for remote working, because they didn't want to spend more money buying a portable PC. My bonus package depended on targets predefined in the beginning of each year, but they changed the targets in the mid 2019, causing me prejudice, despite having good results on sales.
