Business Outlook
Pros
Management had my back always. I was able to move up quickly, but it took a strong effort. Don't expect to be rewarded for being average. My position was well compensated.
Cons
Chances for promotions are rare, so you need to be better than everyone else to be considered. For me, the hardest part was overcoming the language barriers. I'm ok with having foreign co-workers, but it is really difficult when members of your team don't understand instructions, or cannot communicate clearly when needed. Overall my team managed to work through this though.
