The pay and “bonus” at examsoft is sorry! No need to worry as they make it up with hot dogs, shiny suits, Halloween treats, Hayrides, pizza, Friday lunch and learn (eat while your work more hours), and 10-minute massage gimmicks. Enjoy your free bag of chips while working extra hours. Not to mention, they like to fire people so dont plan on staying too long

Company expects perfection every step of the way, and I can't emphasize this enough. One mistake and they won't hesitate to pull the plug and release an employee, even if that employee is trained up and made an honest mistake. Usually when this happens, it's because they overloaded a person with so much work that it becomes extremely difficult to keep up and do everything right. Examsoft also doesn't hesitate to adjust your schedule on the spot to work weekends, come in early, stay late, and work extended hours, which makes it difficult trying to have a life. They expect you to answer e-mails on your "vacation." Also, it is very expensive to live in south florida and the pay just doesn't keep up and isn't really worth it to work all those hours for the level of pay and no guaranteed raise. They want people to work very hard, which it's pointless when there's no salary schedule and you just end up burning out in the end. There's really no reason to work that hard when there are other companies out there and Examsoft compensates poorly.
