Pros

It's a paycheck. You don't have to scrub toilets. You will consume mass amounts of caffeine.

Cons

No work life balance. If you take PTO, plan on working anyway. System tools are continuously failing which causes delays and added stress to those that are client facing.

Pros

You meet really good friends. I worked for the Express Scripts in Whitestown, IN it started off as Medco (one of the best companies to work for).....

Cons

Express Scripts took over Medco and became one of the worse companies. They work you entirely to hard for the money they pay. The raises are nothing i started off at $13.00 and was employed here for 4 years and when i left i was only making 13.75. No opportunity for growth
