The pay is good and benefits are ok.

Cons

You only get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break. Supervisors have no clue what they are doing. Training is unorganized. No way to accrue additional PTO. No separate PTO and sick time. It is all combined. You can't even step away to utilize the restroom without management sending you a message to get back on the phones. They do not treat you like a human. Just a number. No preparation for the phone calls. Lack of organization. Trash company to work for.
