Pros

The salary was decent and the other employees in my department were great to work with. The hours were good and the team leads were helpful when needed.

Cons

There are too many management possitions for the amount of employees. It is a union shop but the union doesn't stand behind the employees at all. If the company doesn't want to keep paying long term employees their salaries they just get rid of the department you work in but in a way that keeps you from getting a severence package.

Close to home. Health Benefits. Made some new friends.

Cons

Ball and chain to the desk. Management tells you when you break and lunch. No break between calls. Speaking with nasty mean old people. Makes me not want to get old on go on Medicare. Very stressfull and all for $11.00 an hour, it's insane.

other than in the general area of where i live, nothing.......medco employees are the best thing this comany has going for them.....

Cons

trying to run a pharmacy like an assembly line does not cut it..these are people's lives we are dealing about. they do not care about the customers, just meeting numbers, that's all that is important to them....loosing experienced and talented employees daily who ethically can not work like this......would never recommend this company to anyone!!!! horrible
