Pros
The employees care about the customer. There are opportunities to advance although it is likely to be temporary.
Cons
Management cares only about their metrics and they drive employees to the breaking point to get the numbers they want while making the work environment hostile and uncomfortable. The typical supervisor has no people skills; they are just a willing, warm body. There is no benefit to longevity with this company. Use it as a stepping stone and move on.
