Pros

Pay put in place by Medco with backing of union,Medco union contract with raises, bonuses, and ample time off. Job was good before merger with esi.

Cons

Everything esi. HORRIBLE management by the esi team. Realigned shifts with no regard to people's family lives. No compassion. Unreachable goals set to push employees to complete 100+ Rxs an hr with less than 3 errors a week, 8-10 hrs a day 5 days a week extremely unhappy employees . Miserable work environment. Only reason to stay is its hard to find jobs in this economy, anti anxiety meds to get you thru work week . Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Pros

It's a paycheck that is the only positive there is

Cons

Management keeps upping the standards. They continue to expect more and more from their techs and don't give us anything in return. They keep putting questionable policies into effect and when they are questioned about them all you get is the run around about them. They want the company to be your number one priority, not your family or other prior commitments. Forget your personal life if you work for this company, your personal life becomes this company. They initiate mandatory overtime, take away quarterly bonuses or when they decide to give them back, they cut them because you didn't give them the very best performance you could have. They expect you to work job functions above your pay level but NOT get paid for it even though there is plenty of your own work that needs to be done. There is a complete lack of communication between departments.
