Pros

Pto's Medical coverage is decent Starting pay of 12.25

Cons

Co workers are very cut throat and mean. Most unprofessional company I ever worked for. Everyone on the outside thinks Express Scripts are wonderful and bringing growth to the st louisians. Wrong. They only care for themselves and treat their employees like dirt. Raises? 14 cents after a year working several deparments and making a ton money for ESI

Pros

They will hire non-certified pharmacy technicians, so you can gain the knowledge necessary to pass the certification test. Certified technicians are paid a little more. It can be a good entry point into this career field.

Cons

Upper management has no respect for the workers. They are very demanding and always want more output, regardless of how well you are performing. Frequently require mandatory overtime, often with just a few hours notice (they do not care how this impacts your family or other obligations). Very little opportunity for advancement, and management plays favorites so if they do not like you personally, it does not matter how qualified you are.
