MICROMANAGED

Pros

The pay was decent and benefits were good - I loved that insurance was available effective day 1 of employment. The supplement pay for later hours and weekend shifts was a nice feature.

Cons

I am not one that is big on being micromanaged, but every single second of your shift is being monitored. This was my first call center job, so I did not understand how that worked. During peak times there was a shortage of key players such as RPh and Supervisors. This really held up call times.

Pros

Work from home is the only thing that is good. Good trainers

Cons

Written up first and no oral warning at all, or they just fire you without a warning at all
