      Pros

      The PTO (paid time off) is pretty good. That is the only thing at this time

      Cons

      well considering you have to go through goverment clearence to work there it seems like they would treat there employees with a little respect. Alot of direction without thought. A just do it we will worry about it later

      Pros

      Easy to get a job with decent pay.

      Cons

      The supervisors play favorism and treat the workers unfairly. Hard time to take off and unfair rules where you can't take off during the week before or the week after a holiday or you don't get holiday pay. Union rep treat union part time worker as unimportant. They try their best to eliminate any overtime and barely gives bonuses compared to when I first started in 2001.

      Pros

      Growth industry = Stability. Good reputation as and industry leader. Concentrates on maintaing stockholder interest.

      Cons

      Work life balance, unjustified promotions for retention purposes versus performance rating. Budgets are unreasonably lean and impossible to manage. They want for you to accomplish A-Z but only want to give you a fraction of the resources and finances in order to accomplish the desired end result.
