      Great place to work, as long as you aren't union.

      Pros

      Express Scripts pays its employees well and gives them good health benefits. They talk a lot about mutual respect and fairness as well as honesty and integrity and I think that for the most part, they live up to these things.

      Cons

      Express Scripts does nothing to ensure that its union sites recieve the same types of benefits that its non-union sites receive. Union sites recieve none of the bonus packages that other sites recieve unless the WHOLE site achieves the bonus. Harrisburg union site does not offer benefits to domestic partners as ESI does and employee morale at the union sites are very very low.

      Pros

      benefits and the other employee's.

      Cons

      being micro-managed. They have a pay for performace program that pays you based on your phone stats. What it requires is that you rush the customers so that your average handle time is low. They do not allow you enough time to take care of the customer.
