Pros

Great teammates who are extremely supportive. Good benefits. Always new challenges and opportunities to succeed. Every day brings something new that will keep you occupied.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Senior leadership is focused on the bottom line, not the whole package of what it takes to make a business successful. On one side they talk about improving the quality of work-life, but then they add additional demands on everyone.

Pros

As an intern you get the opportunity to work on real projects that are actually meaningful. Do not expect many fluff assignments.

Cons

You won't have as much free time as other jobs. Be prepared to think about work all the time. Even on the weekends work will be on your mind.

Pros

When you have time in between calls you can read or do other activities. The pay is decent. You learn a lot about insurance claims and Privacy law.

Cons

Make sure you're on your toes because they will try to nickel and dime your paycheck. Your questions and concerned will be advised but not managed or answered. The expectations are so high for what you don't get paid. They are very disorganized with feedback floating in on random. The personal time is not enough when you have to walk to the bathroom. You will not to be happy here. I can guarantee it.
