Very little work/life balance. In IT division have to work on call and can be called at any hour day or night, even late night to come into office to reboot or install equipment or troubleshoot. Sr management doesn't know what direction to take company in. Hard to believe Sr management, maybe with Tim taking over as CEO things might change. To many layers of management to get things done. Puts me in mind of GE management model. No job security.... Job can be off shored or eliminated at the drop off a hat.

Employees not familiar with direct access or not prepared to take ownership of their growth and development may not feel supported by management.
