Pros

The company is great to work for. The call centers, granted attendance is vital for call centers, are so poorly managed its ridiculous. You can't ask your manager for a day off because he/she will have to ask ALL the other managers ENTERPRISE WIDE, if you can have that day off. If you have a family, definitely stay away from the call centers. They pay well, but the restrictions and policies are so stringent, its almost impossible to get time off. Pay Cafeteria is pretty good

Cons

Flexibility Management of individual departments Attendance policy seriously needs to be based off of reality, and not what 2 people in a department of 60, think is "good."

Pros

Good to work for a well reputed company within the PBM industry. Management has long term plans and goals. If you are a domain expert in this field, then this is the right place.

Cons

Financially well controlled so you don't get much of a leeway in doing things. Career growth options are limited.

Pros

The starting pay is better than average The benefits are decent The location is convenient Most of the low level employees are nice and great to work with

Cons

Policies that set you up to fail Incompetent IT department, HR department, management, & supervisors (the less competent you are the further you will go) Outdated technology (some of the technology is so outdated it's not being taught in schools any more) It's not about what you know it's all about who you know Infinite compassion for the customers but none for the employees An adherence to the policies so rigid that they don't take life into consideration (ex. traffic, sick children, etc.) Poor communication with employees and between departments Inaccurate tracking system for productivity and accuracy Poor advancement opportunities Poor annual/merit raises Very patronizing environments Employees are penalized for everything, even for preforming their assigned job function No way to dispute inaccuracies in your error reports Very inflexible scheduling
