      People are nice and friendly. Willing to help and train you.

      Cons

      Management really does not supervise employed so therefore cannot really know the level of experience a employee may have. Write your own evals which management destroys and writes negative they make up to keep you from salary increase or promotion. Holiday time is non existent!!!

      Cannot think of any after the Express Scripts purchase......

      Cons

      If you are from the east coast, you are not valued at all. Cannot compare salaries and competencies and work ethic in the midwest or offshore to that of employees on the east coast. And forget anyone with over 10 yrs experience - not valued at all! They would rather have off shore consultants, who only take away the jobs of hardworking Americans, fill the positions (cannot say "do the work").

      Flexibility is a great perk Great PTO allowance Good health benefits.

      Cons

      NO Work life Balance what so ever. Can not work in this role if you are starting a family. Burnout is inevitable. Most managers are young, really young and it is a clique. If your not in your ratings, raise, and bonus will suffer. Process to interview for other departments is insane too.
