      work at home good benefits overtime available at beginning of year incentives for working extra hours plenty of available training

      Cons

      no room for advancement no voice from employees to management is heard call volume is way to high for current employees to handle managers are powerless to help with situations computer system never stays up

      Pros

      I liked people i worked with. But, i did not like the management that took over about 2012. they changed the rules as they went along to suite them

      Cons

      I was harassed, made fun of , discriminated against, based on age , health , gender, disability. No raises or appreciation. Upper management did not care how lower management treated people. I felt uncomfortable in the work environment.

      Pros

      The option to work from home is very convenient!

      Cons

      A major downside would be the unwillingness to compensate you for work missed due to faulty applications and equipment THEY provide. Also, expecting you to be completely knowledgeable of accounts after 1 hour of training, which is not realistic and is a disadvantage to members.
