Has the lowest pay scale for the positions doing the same job in the area. Every mail order pharmacy in the area pays at least 2 dollars more an hour. Management has their own cliques and will blatantly ignore your needs as your production rate slips into the toilet, while they sit and gab with their "friends" on the floor doing the same job as you. Then come back and complain about your numbers while their pet puppet friends walk around away from their desk just gabbing away not getting work done and nothing is done about it.

Focus is in St Louis, No loyalty to company by most employees. Rough organization to respect. People in NJ just waiting for the next wave of severance notices.
