Total focus was on increasing profits by cutting back on service to customers. Company designed policies and procedures to make it difficult for complaining customers to get help with orders, which were often mishandled. Insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies were dropping ES because their customers preferred doing business with more reputable companies. I was laid off and denied unemployment benefits. Company harassed me about signing an agreement not to sue them. I reported them to the state department of labor. Very shady company.

Top of pay scaled was reduced from $18.96 to $16.00 per hours which is a reduction of $2.96 per hour. Would still be working there if pay wasn't docked and everyone working onsite was eliminated. What they offered was a work at home model with the reduction in pay with some major conditions that were not workable. They required you to pay for an independent dedicated high speed line for their equipment. The room where you would work couldn't have any other computers. That was not feasible since my work room is where I keep all of my computers!
