Pros
Don't need to speak to the customers, you get to sit all day long, you get to wear headphones and listen to your music.
Cons
The downside is the pay is not very good. I have been in many pharmacy settings and this by far has been the lowest paying position I have held. When it was time for a raise, I only received a 13 cent raise after working there for one and a half years. There's no "teamwork" even though they have teams, you can not talk to each other without getting in trouble. I feel like I'm back in grade school working there.
