I worked for Medco for 11 years then ESI for 3. ESI has an awful environment, no communications between csr's, supervisors, floor manager and managers. Fast pace that does not let up. ESI ask you to do more and more each day but never trains you and expects perfection when we live in an imperfect world. No forgiveness for small errors just punishment. Work your butt off, get a 'stretch' on evaluation but no raise given. Work hours are inconsistent, you could work 9-5 then work 11-8, then work 5-2. Doesn't matter how many years you have in. ESI is all about the money, while Medco was about the patients and employees.

Weak leadership. Constantly changing priorities. This is not a people driven company. They do not care about people, just bottom line and stock price. Never worked at a place where there was so little value placed on developing employees or value people in general. Promotions go to slave drivers, not leaders.
