Pros

There are many employees that really care about the patients.

Cons

Favoritism, no work-life balance, no compliance to SOPs, only those that are friends of main leader advance. They expect you to work insane hours and be always available to cover all hours. Some don't enter their vacation time, never show up and still keep all their vacation. Bonuses are rigged. Big wigs always get theirs, everyone else....not! Gossip is the main source to evaluate performance.

Pros

Great job perks. Work from home option.

Cons

Limited time with family and friends. Often working on projects over the weekend and late at night. Not rare to often receive or send emails at 3:00am. Demeaning clients and overall lack of morale. Never really feel you're paid commensurate to what you really do. No support or training - figure it out as you go along.

Work at home and flexibility

Cons

Worst corporate culture. Watch what they do not what they say. Continually talk about metrics. Mgt might be interested but the average Rph couldn't care less. Rphs treated like crap and bashed often. We work hard for miniscule salary increases, no bonus just to make $millions for upper mgt. Slavery is alive & well as salaried jobs can not be completed in 8 hours
