Pros

Weekly pay, there is not really anything else. You'll first think you will love it until you've been on the floor for about 1-2 months.

Cons

Everything, the systems are terrible your limited on what you can do but the give you the responsibility of doing a lot. This was the most segregated place I've ever worked at. The management is unhelpful, and anything else you can think of negative at a work environment, it's happening at express scripts.

Pros

They VP seemed to be making changes in the right direction of doing more for the clients and caring about the employees. Benefits were great!

Cons

Low pay compared to competition, supervisors aren't knowledgeable in your job so you're treated like a number. Advancement opportunities are slim to none.

Pros

Express Scripts was one of my favorite employers. Working as part of a team, yet independently, you are able to choose your own schedule. As long as you have good attendance, adhere to your schedule, don't get involved in the drama of others, this is a wonderful place to work. Employees are treated fairly. You have the ability to earn extra money based on your performance. The atmosphere is energetic and friendly.

Cons

You have to be able to tune out the noise of co-workers. That's it. There was nothing I did not like about working at Express Scripts.
