Pros

The company offers Good benefits and the recognitions are nice. Pay is decent but not very competitive against similar call centers.

Cons

Only care about money and numbers, not the well being of the patients. It's disgusting to say the least

Pros

Good pay $18.96. Great medical benefits, vision, dental. Tuition reimbursement. Good support from management. Flexible work schedule. Worked 10 hour split shifts which was wonderful for work/life balance.

Cons

Top of pay scaled was reduced from $18.96 to $16.00 per hours which is a reduction of $2.96 per hour. Would still be working there if pay wasn't docked and everyone working onsite was eliminated. What they offered was a work at home model with the reduction in pay with some major conditions that were not workable. They required you to pay for an independent dedicated high speed line for their equipment. The room where you would work couldn't have any other computers. That was not feasible since my work room is where I keep all of my computers!
