Pros

PTO hours and PST are the reason I stay, and its work at home. For now… also OT bonuses are offered if you hit X amount of hours of OT

Cons

Communication. We are entering month three of mandatory overtime, its like they couldn’t have planned better, hired more people, but they're working current employees to their wits end with mandatory OT and we have no access to use PTO until calls decrease. Which could be never.
