Pros

I love the fact that I am remote.

Cons

I believe they could have a better pay scale for the amount of work that is required daily. It’s a very fast pace job that can be very stressful at time. It feels like they have certain people trained to handle special clients, however, our pay is the same as everyone else’s. It would be nice to be compensated for being trained.
