Pros
Very few-benefits not good, pay is not good, expectation of a 70 hour work week (if not more), horrible management all the way up. The Express Way values are written everywhere but largely ignored by management. Nepotism, favoritism, unfair work policies, toxic work environment, unrealistic goals, and just plain terrible people.
Cons
Completely clueless management-Site Director was not aware where I sat after running the place for two years. Never left his office. Never engaged with employees. His VP was worse-would fly in once a quarter without a clue in the world how our business ran, but would sit us down and give advice. Of course, it was all wrong, and she was condescending and rude, but we smiled through it. The business plan changes every six months, so whatever you were working on the last six months needs to be thrown out because the focus is now elsewhere. I cannot recall working for a company that cared so little for it's employees. The company thinks of them as replaceable cogs in a wheel.
