Pros

There are no "pros" for employees who are expected to contribute to the inflated compensation packages of high level executives who are more focused on managing their personal careers and competing with other CEOs compensation packages rather than truly managing the operation or serving the customers. Corporate greed clouds their minds.

Cons

Full-time, dedicated & loyal employees pay the price in reductions & job eliminations while top executives cash in tens of millions. Top executives don't consider the welfare of the employees or patients. They only mention patients when they have an audience because their first priority is consumed with manipulating Wall Street for their own advancement.

Pros

lots of stretch opportunities to grow your skills and learn a really important industry. Strong middle management passionate about our work.

Cons

One of the highest potential, courageous and amazing HR talent was let go last week. We are all in shock re her exit in the name of "reorg" so the CHRO can promote her friend into a role. how can HR get away with a "rif" while promoting people into similar roles??? This individual was one of many others that are let go because management does not empower leaders to take charge, question the status quo. When you see true business oriented HR professionals let go who fit the change agent profile the CEO claims to want, it puts into question how the company is reviewing talent. oh and she was super pregnant at the time too, nice compassion! to this persons credit, when a few of us called her, she still advocated for ESI and the growth we will see in our future. THATS true talent.oh bTW, HR is telling us to post positive reviews on glassdoor because they dont want to be bottom of the list anymore

While we understand that not everyone will agree with every organizational change, we believe it’s more appropriate to discuss those perspectives internally. We’d welcome the opportunity to do so at any time. That said, we appreciate you sharing your point of view, and while we may disagree with accusations made here, we value all feedback and will be a better organization for having it. Regarding your concern around the positive reviews that have recently been posted, we can assure you that all reviews – good and those that are critical – are done by employees and former employees on their own accord. As a company we hold ourselves to the highest level of integrity – and we’re pleased to see our employees’ candid feedback, both positive and negative. Each review helps us to continue to improve our culture, which remains a top priority.
