HORRIBLE!

Pros

The pay and benefits are fantastic, and they will do payroll deduction for car insurance for you. You do also get discounts on products, and occasionally they will give you free food.

Cons

Favoritism, if you are not kissing up to the supervisors, than you will go no where within the company. Was told I didn’t need my eyes to see to drive or do my job when i attempted to get accommodations. Was advised to purchase my own products for their computer systems.

Pros

I completed 90% of a 2 year Management course. Gain experience and knowledge within the management team

Cons

Union because all your employee's made the same hourly rate but, to me, 40% worked and 60% were lazy just b/c they got away with it. High performers could not earn more. Last year worked June, 2011 at Express Scripts, no option for that year above
