Pros

The people I worked with who are life long friends. The benefits.

Cons

You have to punch in a time clock which is demeaning for a health care professional. You are treated like a child not an adult. The management shows favoritism. The quotas for production are unethical. A pharmacist was fired because he could not meet the quota of 144 scripts per hour yet he never made an error.

Pros

Not sure if it’s startegically great idea to have ITDirector / ITSenior Director /IT Vice President. Is Director are so inefficient that they Senior Director to watch them and is Senior Director are not doing their job that they need Vice President to watch . From Director level To Vice President level what is the job difference amongst them . They are just doing copy paste of their responsibility and taking more pay checks . The CIO should merge these 3 roles into one and save money and let the Director be efficient enough and do the work . You need one Director to manage 5 manager ,.for what ? Are the resources so unskilled and unethical ? It’s time for senior executive to THINk .

Cons

All Director / Senior Director are covering each other backs to keep the pay check running .
