Working with this company there are not may vons the worst thing that I can probably say would be an issue is having sick days outside of PTO

Poor management, cost cutting, poor communication, forceful policies, bad hiring practices, benefit cutting, inconsistent policy application for different company groups.

Starting shift 11am-8pm Starting pay 14.25 regardless of experience Micro management

Hard to get a schedule change once its been implemented.

It can be challenging and not a lot of people last the first few months. Fast paced and attention to detail a must.

You only get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break. Supervisors have no clue what they are doing. Training is unorganized. No way to accrue additional PTO. No separate PTO and sick time. It is all combined. You can't even step away to utilize the restroom without management sending you a message to get back on the phones. They do not treat you like a human. Just a number. No preparation for the phone calls. Lack of organization. Trash company to work for.

Leadership of different business areas is not aligned on the most basic of things. Despite lots of people jumping ship there is still a lack of opportunity due to management choosing to hire from outside. Camaraderie was low pre-COVID and is now non-existent.
