Terrible co workers. Employees who have been there for years are bullies and behave terribly. Management in certain departments are nice but have 0 leadership skills.

Employees are easy going and friendly. It's a great job if you don't want undue stress or pressure.

Cons

Training and onboarding is HR and Liability training and otherwise you're on your own. Best practices and processes are out the door. Communication is nil. Majority of teams are contracted overseas and they're terrible at their jobs so you're constantly struggling to uphold the team.
