Return to office mandate is a bummer, even if its only 3 days a week

They start you out with 144 hours of PTO but double dip you on sick time. Meaning you can take sick days without PTO. 144 - 56 is actually only 88 hours of vacation time, or a little over 2 work weeks. Management plays favorites with people and the pay is extremely low for backend warehouse work. They start at $17.50. You can go across the street, do the same job and make $23.

Management, nepotism and favouritism, bullying from management and no chance of progressing in company or paid fairly for the level of work expected

They play favorites hard, if planning on working there keep your head down. HR is more than happy to bury any grievances you have. Be sure to document, or all honesty not even bring issues to HR because then on you’re their list of first to fire. General staff is very nice and friendly, management is friendly to your face but behind your back talks about how they can cut costs (usually via labor). They will say they care about their employees well-being and happiness, but every action management takes shows the opposite

Literally everything else. Upper management is the good ol boys club mentality. The only reward for a job well done is more work. If you're not a yes man they'll make up a reason to get rid of you even if it's not the truth.
